Step 1: Create a Netflix account

1. Open your web browser and go to www.netflix.com.
2. Click on the “Sign Up” or “Try 30 Days Free” button.
3. Choose a plan (Basic, Standard, or Premium) and click “Continue.”
4. Enter your email address and create a password, then click “Continue.”
5. Enter your payment information and click “Start Membership.”

Step 2: Set up Netflix on your phone or tablet

1. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device.
2. Search for “Netflix” and download the Netflix app.

Step 3: Set up Netflix on your TV

Note: Your TV must have a built-in Netflix app or support streaming from an external device like a Roku, Amazon Fire TV Stick, or Google Chromecast.

Option A: Built-in Netflix app

1. Press the “Home” or “Smart Hub” button on your TV remote.
2. Navigate to the app store or search for “Netflix” in the TV’s app menu.
3. Download the Netflix app if it’s not pre-installed.
4. Open the Netflix app and sign in using your email address and password.

Option B: External streaming device

1. Plug the streaming device into an HDMI port on your TV.
2. Connect the device to a power source and turn on your TV.
3. Set your TV input to the HDMI port where the streaming device is connected.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your streaming device, including connecting it to your home WiFi network.
5. Download the Netflix app on your streaming device, if it’s not pre-installed.
6. Open the Netflix app and sign in using your email address and password.

Step 4: Start watching Netflix

1. Browse the Netflix library by using the search function or browsing through categories.
2. Click on a title to read a brief description or watch a trailer.
3. Select the “Play” button to start watching a movie or TV show.
